In the Nourishment (nutritional cooking) program, we teach children much more than recipes: we help them build a relationship with food, understand its value, and learn to make healthy choices.
The Nourishment program consists of 3 core pillars:
1) Food Cultivation (farm), so children learn where their food comes from,
2) Teaching the basic principles of dietetics, to build proper nutritional thinking,
3) Practical application through culinary art, so knowledge is put into practice creatively.
Give your children the opportunity to journey into the realm of food, and they will soon develop an awareness of how to choose their food with their health in mind.
The teaching of nutritional cooking refers to educating our young friends about the importance of proper nourishment and the value of food.
The aim of the program is for younger generations to gain confidence in their cooking abilities and, through this, to acquire organizational skills.
The sense of pride and accomplishment when they cook or bake something for you and the rest of the family is crucial for their emotional development!
